Returns Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Vagascape offers shipping to the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available and takes 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Western United States.
