Orders & Payments

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@vagascape.com. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. All shipments are sent from our warehouse in the Western United States. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the shipping carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@vagascape.com.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are working to expand our services to other regions in the future.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Consumable products and discounted items are not eligible for returns. If you'd like to initiate a return, please contact us at service@vagascape.com for further instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at service@vagascape.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
